After attending the Bach flower therapy level 1 I feel it is a necessity for every individual and the sooner you know yourself better the sooner you will be benefited.

I found the learnings and teaching method very valuable. Indications of each flower are explained in a simple way by which anyone can understand it well. Overall content, training by teacher and subsequent discussions will be very useful for me.
