I have personally been taking the Bach flower therapy under Virendra sonasaria and I would strongly recommend it to anyone who seeks to better their life in terms of their fears, judgements, predispositions, anxieties and what not.
When nothing else seemed to work Bach flower remedies have helped me. I could notice the gradual change that occurred in me and how Mr. Virendra has remained patient throughout the process.
Being a person studying psychology, I could exactly understand on what levels the remedy has worked for me.
